Why you think you are worth the operator rank?:
I think that I am a good addition to this community as a staff member concidering I have multiple experiences as a staff member on multiple servers. I had 2 servers myself this year and I was also the head super admin on AGRP, another CW HL2RP server. (I do not recommend going on there, loads of cp RP all the time and no citizen rp).
Have you had any experience as an operator on a HL2RP server?:
Yes, multiple. 2 of my own and AGRP.
Give an example of an admin situation: A minge punching random citizens has to be dealth with before the player loses his stuff. Mostly I just pick the minge up and talk to him and try to teach him how to roleplay. If that does not work I mostly give them a kick, if they still do it then I mostly do like a 1 hour 2 hour ban. Someone stuck in a wall. I just help them get out. Helping people decorate their apartment. And banning hackers.
