Why you think you are worth the admin rank?:
I've had over 2 years of HL2RP experience, I was a regular member on server that held up for a good 4 years, although i was only a member for two.
I have fully read and understand the server rules, I understand the canon and i am completely competent in dealing with any problems that may arise.
Have you had any experience as a admin on a HL2RP server?:
No, I came close on the server a mentioned above, but this is my first opportunity to be an admin/operator on a HL2RP server.
Give an example of a admin situation:
(Person X) Admin to me!
(Me) Kurt Walker Teleported to Person X
(me) What seems to be the problem?
(Person X) This guy is mingepunching and avoiding RP, we got into a fistfight and he punched me to death without using /roll
(me) Gimme a sec, let me check the console.
(Me) Alright, the console dictates you were telling the truth, let me question the other player.
(Me) I'll be right back.

(Person Y) Sup
(Me) I got a report that you were mingepunching and failrping, what is your side of the story?
(Person Y) The guy challenged me to a fight, i gave him what he wanted.
(Person Y) I didn't do anything
(me) If you want to attack the person, you have to use /roll and win, bare in mind CP's usually have a roll bonus, so be sure to factor that in.
(Person Y) Alright, bare that in mind next time.
(me) ill just give you a warning, this time, but if it happens again i have informed you of the rules, so i will have to take further action.

(Me) I spoke to the person, it appears he wasnt aware that he had to /roll. If it happens again let me know and i will have to take further action.
