Why you think you are worth the admin rank?:
I've owned a server before and things on a whole went smoothly, I've been Admin and super admin on three different HL2RP servers and if you ask some of Luminosity's frequent players, you canfind that I attempt to respond to every admin request and suggestion there is, in a polite and professional manor.
Have you had any experience as a admin on a HL2RP server?:

Give an example of a admin situation:
(Person X) Admin TP to me please.
(Me) *TP's to the person*
(me) What's wrong?
(Person X) This guy is B-hopping around and voiding RP
(me) I'll sort it.
(Me) *Physguns b-hopper (person y) to a secluded roof)
(Me) Alright, I've heard you've been b-hopping, voiding RP, and generally being a minge, can I ask that you stop acting like this, and if you need to learn how to RP, I can help.
(Person Y) Fuck you
(Me) Come on, calm down, any more of that and you'll get a cooldown
(Person Y) Who the fuck do you think you are?
Person Y has left the server
Person Y has been banned for 15 minutes, reason: Being abusive towards staff, FailRP, and voiding RP.
